This is the land I am claiming to own in this link above. Starting bid in a tax auction would be about 2194.53 USD! Said to be owned by Rose Nava or Rosa E Valdez? Who is this? Why can’t I find them anywhere online! I believe this is a front name used to scramble who is living there.

6/29/2022 I won the bid on the auction.
In the link above it says 5/26/2022 the unified goverment itself said it was hacked just 1 month prior to this auction so they postponed it.
The picture above taken around the time the hacking occurred, also uses names like Irene Hicks which I believe would aid the investigation although I was informed, she worked with this government and unfortunately, I believe she passed away December 1, 2019.
In the above images It shows that I went into the wyandotte county courthouse and tried to open up a criminal case. It is my sixth amendment right to a fair trial. Before I was recording on my phone I was being talked down to, being shunned and they denied my right to open a case. I said I was feeling uncomfortable and started to record, The officer above immediately changed his tone and started to help me, Although the narrative stayed the same as they did not allow me to open a case. They did give me this pamphlet, proving my 6th ammendment was broken this day. I was told to contact the General Attorney of Kansas, I already contacted him prior to this date and told them and got the reply “it’s is not his jurisdiction” he also said on the Kansas State website that if it is about any of 3 counties not to even email him, but I still did. One of the other counties is Jhonson County where I have an open case about someone crashing into me intentionally that I appealed and never received reparation for it.



Above are google searches that have the lot ID showing the history does not scale outside the recent years proving it has no past evidence of existing.
This helps indicate that it is a scam that is created within a 1-2 year timeline.
Many online map providers such as Google and Microsoft maps do not have this address on file although Google has added it in 2023-2024 and Microsoft does not have it. I suspect someone filed for Google to add it to their map to aid the corruption.
Below are e-mails from the county zoning officials telling me you can’t have a house built within 5 feet of property nearby and fences can’t be within 3 feet of property lines.

Boarded up windows on hard to reach spots, Looks the same as other homes in tax auctions around here.
Unemployment office has it recorded as my land via other government websites.
Unified governments website has the address correct sometimes.

The appraised value fluctuates drastically in the past few years
I emailed support at civicsource.com and they confirmed the initial and winning bid was $2,194.53 and can not be adjusted in any way by civicsource.
Adding up the taxes on this lot “918 H Scott ave” is only about 400 USD which means the starting bid would have been about 400 USD only if the taxes were not paid from the year 1962 to this date.

Tax rates and laws should mean I am the owner of roughly 65k USD property.

In the highlighted area it says vacant lots are sold after 1 year of unpaid taxes. Meaning the lot would be a starting bid of about $16.02 USD and not $2,194.53 USD. This also means if I did purchase this lot I am the owner of a $133,812 USD vacant lot.
That’s a lot of missing land!
This is from chase bank, my transaction proving I did pay the amount of 2,194.53 USD and do own a lot worth about 65k-133k USD and not 130 USD.
The lots are not ordered correctly, and 918 H was in the database in 1962 “they say” but 918 only shows taxes added from 2003. This lot looks photoshopped and out of place.
I added these notes above so you can see that I did pay yearly taxes as intended and advertised by the county.

I believe the person who notarized this was a little suspicious and reminded me of someone who could be a criminal. I got it done at Pitsburg, Kansas at the Post Office.

These last 3 documents show that the total cumulative Taxes are valued at 2173.57 USD on page 1 at the top. The Fees in the pictures above are listed as 121%+ in 2021 and in 1962 the tax fees are listed as 616%+ not 12% annual rate in 2025 and 18% 1962!

The two pictures above and the link is an html website download of the Wyandotte county public taxes of the 918 H Scott Avenue before they edited it trying to cover up this crime.
The fees of missing tax payments in 1962 are listed wrongly as 28.30 USD
25 USD in 1962 is worth about 260.38 USD in 2024.
Federal minimum wage was 1.15 in 1962 the fees on a 5 ft lot would take you 21 hours of work to pay off but in 2020 it’s around 17 USD that would take you little over 1 hour of work to pay off. Hacking in random values to force the price up?
So the late fees of a 5 ft x 180ft abandoned lot is 260 usd? Not to mention the current appraisal of the small Lot is 130 usd. But in 1989 it was appraised 600. Meaning this lot is valued at 1,512 usd due to inflation via the value of money in 1989.
The numbers in blue handwriting are the taxes I paid.
What I am trying to prove here is Tax discrepancy the total Taxes issued to me via Auction at Civicsource.com 2194.53 does not match the total they here in these documents they provided 2173.57. I can find no connection from this arbitrary number to my taxes paid. I would consider that negligence via a possible criminal who just added whatever numbers they wanted to try and make it look like it was close to the amount I paid.
Large lots that can fit homes sell for a starting bid of less than 500 USD.

This website shows Kansas Government fees of late taxes as 18% 1.5% each month late. From 1950-1994.
Another clear indication of fraud!
Due to the fee’s being higher then 18%
They would do this, so the total taxes are nearby the taxes of the house.
On the first Tuesday in September, all properties are “sold” to the county. This legal action effectively changes the character of taxes being paid from current to delinquent.

I released this google doc to the legal department of the county and, I got this reply.
“The unified government will not participate in any way to give me possession of this property.”
-Wendy Green (suspect of crime) I suspect she is aiding the criminals far too much.
The local sheriff Daniel Soptic (suspect of crime) has ignored me for almost 2 years now.
The local government has been suspected of spending taxpayer money on personal shopping, being corrupted and hacked by gangs and, taking bribes!
I believe terrorism is present in this case, so I applied to Toll it and pause the statute of limitations which I already notified Wyandotte County sheriff and DA.
I am being attacked and mind washed by the group trying to steal this property in hopes to crowd control me away from completing the tasks needed to win this case.
Freedom Act and Foreign Surveillance Act which allows allied countries to spy on allied countries for hopes to aid Counter Terrorism forces with any level of technology.

I believe that members of the group in question here know I am a gamer and are prejudice of me. To them I believe that it makes me a good target due to the fact I am spending time online in other ways that remove my time for them to illicitly capitalize.
The Wyandotte Courthouse denied me a lawyer and said they think I don’t have a case. Then blocked me from opening a case by denying me from putting in a criminal complaint.
The nearby lawyers didn’t want to take the case. I sat down with many and emailed over one hundred. I think they know this case involves terrorism and people avoid that.
The FBI said I am on the right path.
The County’s Government is getting consolidated again soon. The DA said he will investigate people associated with this case.
The Kansas General Attorney did not want to take emails regarding this County and Johnson County. I have another case here that involves gang violence and destruction of property against me.
I am looking for 3 years back rent, government negligence fees as well as interest in reparation.
Rent @ 2000/month+ 5%/month interest, I am looking for $201,156.28 USD + illegal squatting fees from Michael Nava.
As for government negligence I am seeking $2,000,000 USD from Wyandotte county as I believe many government workers here are maliciously stopping me from getting this property.
